Responsibilities
1) Perform in an environment of collaborative team work with the goal of delivering top candidates.
2) Lead the recruitment process(interview, continual communication with candidates).
3) Communication with hiring managers in order to fully understand vacancy requirements.
4) Establish strategy in order to deliver suitable candidates on time.
5) Create new innovative requirement solutions.
6) Build pipeline of candidates based on predefined requisitions.
7) Prepare ad-hoc reports and summaries.
8) Cooperate with other departments on effective business strategy per recruitment project
9) Post job advertisements on various channels
10) Keep in touch and handling relations with agencies
