1)Interviewing, Recruiting, Onboarding of New Hires, Documentation, and completing the Exit Formalities for leaving candidates.
2)Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
3)Team Formation and Work Culture Development
4)Other Responsibilities - Maintaining Payroll, Time Keeping, Attendance & Salary Records, Data, etc. for all employees
5)Admin related work. Qualifications/Candidate Profile:
